Colour energized solar water

The coloured bottles line the windowsill as the plants die back in the fall.  My eye is looking for visual colour stimulation and I am seeking new sources of daily water enhancement.  Each bottle is filled daily with fresh water to catch the sun to charge in its solar energy. The benefits for me are the visual high when walking into the room and drinking  sun charged water.

Solar water has practical benefits of being anti-viral, anti-bacterial and anti-fungal.  Some use clear bottles however I enjoy the added benefit of colour therapy!  As well as drinking this water, and using it for medicinal washes I have begun to water my herbs and plants with this water during the shorter days.

Capture Sun Benefits in Late Fall and Winter

The glass bottles are filled with fresh water each day and put into a sunny place.  Clear bottles can be used or as in my case I have used coloured ones.  Ideally they are in full sun for up to 8 hours a day.  Sun charged water can be kept for 24 hours and does not need to be refrigerated.  If charging outside remember to bring your bottles in for the evening.

One can begin drinking water after being exposed to the sun for 2 hours,  however the longer the water is exposed, the higher the solar infusion is.  Super charge your water by placing a copper penny under each bottle!  Make sure you pennies are dated prior to 1081 as they have a higher copper content.

Daily Bottle Cleaning

Personally I clean these glass bottles daily with a small amount of vinegar and a rinse to ready the for refilling the next day.

Even though sun charged water is used to treat and disinfect water in large water treatment plants  in some countries as it  eliminates microbes and pathogens, l clean the bottles for personal energetic reasons.

Benefits of Sun Charged Water

Energizing water brings life back to water after it looses it’s aliveness that naturally occurs as it leaves its source.  Consider that water can only change as at its source it flows over rocks, minerals, and is exposed to sand, dirt, roots, branches, leaves and water life and then is redirected into filtration systems and travels through pipes before reaching it destination!    Energize your water by sun charging it, putting clean rocks and minerals in your water container or adding herbs, edible flowers and leaves.  Another way of energizing your water has been reflected in the work of Dr. Emoto and his experiments  who used different influences to reflect changes in the water through differing crystal shapes the water created when exposed to words, sounds and thoughts.

Water is our main source of energy at a cellular level.  It ranks as one of the primary elements for survival of the human body, along with oxygen, salt, and potassium.   These four elements along with magnesium are the key elements for energy regulation as fluid passes in and out of our cells.

“The body’s water supply is responsible for and involved in nearly every bodily process, including digestion, absorption, circulation, and excretion. Water is also the primary transporter of nutrients throughout the body and so is necessary for all building functions in the body,” writes Phyllis A. Balch, Prescription for Nutritional Healing.

Personally, I have found that sun charged water creates a contented feeling that has resulted in a loss of cravings for snacks and coffee.  As I feel more hydrated, I feel more energized and have had deeper sleep patterns. My metabolism has increased and I feel lighter and happier.

It’s a great way to get back to enjoying our natural resources and it’s free!

Wrap clear  glass bottles with coloured cellophane or pick up coloured bottles or vases inexpensively at garage sales or thrift shops!

Remember to use glass bottles only!  Plastic in sun would cause the plastic to leach into the water!
