Serves 4

Sweet Potato Salad
Root Chakra Happiness
Salad Ingredients:
- 4 cups cooked & diced Sweet Potatoes or combine with Yams (leave firm for some crunch)
- Green Red or Yellow Pepper diced into chunks
- Green Onions diced into chunks
- Garlic Greens diced small
- Parsley – chopped
- Optional: Tomatoes
Toss ingredients and stir in hot sauce recipe below. Chill for 20 minutes and serve!
Dressing Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbp Sriracha
- 1 tsp lime or lemon juice
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- Salt & Pepper
Combine ingredients and stir until a bright creamy orange colour.
