In comparison a 100 grams of dry moringa leaves contain to other healthy foods:

Dried Moringa Leaves can be steeped into tea or ground into powder. As tea it has a nice flavour and once infused can be enjoyed warm or cold. These seeds are viable and living foods as you can see in picture that they are sprouting. To begin it is recommended to only have one seed and slowly increase this after a number of day. This gives you time to notice how you are integrating it before add more. Moringa Seed sweetens the digestive system, works as a detox and immediately cuts cravings for sugar. It has known to balance out the body sugar levels. In water purification when the crushed Moringa Seed is added anything that needs to be filtered out sinks to the bottom with the seed particles and the water left on top is clear and potable.
