This winter I integrated Ashwagandha root powder into my diet. Immediately my energy levels went up and I slept better. Things I had been putting off doing got done without any negative thoughts that in the past drained any energy towards completing the tasks. I seem to be more active and get more done without pause. It has been three months since introducing it into my daily diet and just recently I have begun to notice a younger feeling on the inside with increased strength and vitality.
