Moon Infused Water

Before water ran through pipes and filtration systems the only water available was fully exposed to the sun and moon.  The water would have been mineralized by the planets elements.  Like humans, water is sensitive and absorbs whatever it is exposed to in its environment.  New  York  Times bestseller, internationally renowned Japanese scientist Masaru Emoto studied the effects on water samples exposed to different conditions.  He authored,  Hidden Messages of Water.

As with Galileo, Newton, and Einstein, Dr. Emoto’s clear vision helps us see ourselves and our universe differently. Science and spirit unite, resulting in a profound and undeniable quantum leap in how we view our world, and how we can reclaim our health and create peace.

Full Moon Infused Water

The cycle of the moon and sun gravitational pull has a powerful influence on the waters of the earth.  It controls the ebb and flow of the ocean tides and less noticeably in our lake tides.  It  also has a powerful influence on human behaviour and our mental body frequency (feelings, emotions and desires).  Those working in the service industry anticipate weird behaviour in the public during the full moon phase.

Harnessing the Full Moon Energy

We can harness the full moon frequency in water to re-energize and feel charged.  Some say that the water feels softer after being infused by our moons energy.   Simply set out a container of water under the moon overnight.  This water will be influenced by the energy of the moon.  It can be consumed as drinking water, added into your bath water, used to water your plants, or in ceremony, or to clean your stones.  This author uses this water uniquely by placing it along the property line to express an intention that clearly defines the space recognizing the moon.

Many folks are ceremonial when it comes to putting out water.  It is not a prerequisite as the moon will influence the water regardless.  However by adding a special intention it will influence the water.  Remember Dr. Emoto’s book Messages of the Water mentioned above?  In his case studies the water formed different crystals from the words he tape to the container holding the water.  Depending on the word the crystal shape was beautiful or ugly.

Suggestions for creating a Full Moon Water Ceremony

  1.  Locate a space outdoors that will not be obstructed from the moon overnight.
  2.  Decorate this space depending upon the season and weather.  For example:  a cloth and   flowers in summer, leaves and branches in fall, new sprouts in spring and stones in   winter.
  3.  Light a candle and/or incence.
  4.  Set a personal intention holding the water before setting it down.
  5.  Leave it overnight.

Influencing water with words for 7 Chakra Wheels

by Renee Lindstrom, GCFP:  This site may contain Affiliate Links for your convenience, thank you in advance for your support!  Renee

In Living Waters: Drinking ‘Sun Charged’ Water I mention energizing water that was reflected in the work of Dr. Emoto and his experiments.  Dr. Emoto, author of Messages of Water, used different influences to reflect changes in the water through the study of differing crystal shapes that was created when water was exposed to words, sounds and thoughts.

Another way to energize your chakra centers is by influencing your water with any of the following affirmations.  Writing these affirmations on paper and attaching them to your glass water bottle, container or glass for a few hours will allow the water to infuse the sentiment.

Crown Chakra:

  • I am Peace

Brow Chakra:

  • I am Calm, I can solve my problems.

Throat Chakra:

  • I can express myself freely.

Heart Chakra:

  • I am loving, I am loved.

Solar Plexus:

  • I am organized, I can accomplish my dreams.

Sacral Chakra:

  • I constantly have new ideas to create the life I want.

Root Chakra:

  • I am confident, I am full of energy.

If you enjoy enriching and inspirational sounds and music, this is another way to enhance your water!  Try sounds from singing bowls, flutes, chants and bells.

Restructuring Water with Mineral, Rock & Gemstones

by Renee Lindstrom, GCFP – Living in Natures Love Lifestyles @insideawareness.com

As summer shifted into fall one of the changes to our daily infused water is a shift to  infusing it with minerals, rocks and gemstones.  Using stones and crystals that align with the chakra centers can activate and energize them and their companion chakras.  Please note though, not all minerals, rocks and gemstones can be placed directly into water.  Some issues are that they melt, tarnish or contain qualities not recommended for human consumption.   One must become familiar with the characteristics of the stones before placing them directly into water to use for drinking.

Infusing water can be as simple as placing the stones around ones container  of water to rest and infuse.  Below in the recommended products there is a link to a water bottle that has a separate container in the base of the bottle to hold stones for infusing making it a simple process.

I have a plate where a container of water sits in the middle of.  I place stones around the containers base on the plate and then I let this rest.  This is where I fill my water glass during the day.  In Greater Victoria I am lucky enough to use tap water. Creating my own infused water I know the source and freshness of it and there is no use of plastic.

One of the things I notice in restructuring water is that it becomes softer and smoother to swallow.  The water does not have the same taste as when drinking it directly from the tap.  It seems to be more hydrating and comfortable to drink.  Have you ever felt a hard lump in your throat drinking regular tap or bottled water?  I have and it’s not pleasant.

We are fortunate in Greater Victoria in that we can drink our tap water and there is no need to purchase bottled water!

Drinking mineral structure water increased my urges to drink more water.    Previously I had to remind myself to drink it!

Cleaning the Glass Bottle and Stones

As with sun charged water I clean the bottle and the stones with a bit of vinegar during each re-fill.

Chakra Companion Stones

The stones that I use to infuse water are as follows:

Crown Chakra:
  • Howlite, Labradonite, Amethyst
Brow Chakra:
  • Lapis Lazuli, Prehnite, Sodalite
Throat Chakra:
  • Blue Lace Agate, Apite
Heart Chakra:
  • Moss Agate, Rose Quartz, Aventurine
Solar Plexus:
  • Tigers Eye, Citrine, Yellow Jasper
Sacral Chakra:
  • Cameline, Moonstone, Orange Calcite
Base Chakra:
  • Hematite, Red Jasper, Snowflake Obsidian

‘Sun & colour charged water & your Chakras!

by Renee Lindstrom, GCFP:  This site may contain Affiliate Links for your convenience, thank you in advance for your support!  Renee

Nature is colour, the entire spectrum of colour comes from sunlight

I have chosen to use coloured bottles to charge water in the sun for two reasons.  One is to add a colour lift to my day and the second is to balance my chakra energy centers.   I remember studying how colors influence on our thoughts, moods and behaviors  by stimulating the pituitary and pineal glands in school. For example, we learned that red stimulates the sympathetic nervous system, while white and blue color stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system.  The energy vibration of color is used to enhance and balance our physical, emotional and spiritual state.  Colour is energy and each cell in our body requires this energy to stay vital.

Colours vibrates at different frequency rate that compliment our energy centers or  chakras.  Candace Pert, Ph.D, a medical researcher found that areas in the body that are particularly rich in neuropeptides correspond to the location of the seven chakra centers. Neuropeptides are natural healing chemicals.

Rainbow Colour Therapy is based on the positive effects of using colour on the complimentary Chakra energy center for therapeutic purposes to balance the body’s healing powers.  Susceptibility to disease conditions increases if the chakras are not balanced or are blocked.  Using specific colour rays can be absorbed by the chakra centers and restore its vitality.

The word chakra is derived from the Sanskrit word meaning “wheel”. In both Buddhism and Hinduism the chakras are represented by colourful wheels along the spine from the base to the top of the head.  The size and brightness of the wheels relate to an individuals development, physical condition, disease, stress and energy levels.  The chakra wheel colours are violet, indigo, blue, green, yellow, orange and red.

Colour energized solar water

You can drink or inhale colours according to ancient Indian scripture. It is an age-old therapy, codified in the Atharva Veda as Surya Kiran Chikitsaâ, healing with the sun’s rays.

Coloured Water Bottles and Complimentary Chakra

The different coloured bottles reflect the crown, eye, voice, heart, solar plexus, belly and root chakras.

In his book Surya Chikitsa, Dr M.L. Kathotia notes that colors can resolve your past karma. The seven chakras of our body are centers of different karma, and the negative karma can be taken care of by proper color visualization.

Violet Bottled Water – Top of the Head (Thought)

The Crown Chakra governs the brain and pineal gland which secretes melatonin.  When out of balance one may experience loneliness, depression, anxiety, confusion and apathy.  Violet is associated with spirituality, loyalty, the divine and love.  The use of the violet colour can be calming and support better sleep patterns.

Indigo Bottled Water – Center of Forehead just above eyebrows  (Light)

Brow Chakra governs the eyes, sinuses and pituitary gland.  When out of balance one may experience  indecisiveness, confusion, nightmares, poor insight.  Indigo relation to the intellect, courage, authority and calmness.  It is also is associated with spirituality, loyalty, the divine and love.  It increases insight and supports heightened intuitiveness.

Blue Bottle Water – Voice Box area of Neck (Sound)

The Throat Chakra governs the voice, endocrine gland, thyroid, and communication.  It relates to truth, nobility, serenity, spiritualism, thoughtfulness and kindness.  It is associated with faith, caring, peace and fidelity.

Green Bottle Water – Heart Center  (Air Element)

The Heart chakra governs the heart and thymus.  It reflects growth, healing, selfless love,  tranquility, harmony and hope.  It represents balance, serenity and calms nerves.  It is used during times of stress.

Yellow Bottle Water – Solar Plexus (Fire Element – Colour of Intelligence & Concentration)

The Spleen Chakra  governs the liver, spleen, stomach and small intestine.  It represents patience, tolerance, contentment, happiness, wisdom and mental energy.  It is associated with new horizons, intellect and  fulfillment.

Orange Bottle Water – Belly Area (Water Element – Colour of Creativity)

The Sacral Chakra governs the uterus, large bowel, prostate, ovaries, and testes. It is an energizing color and associated with self-respect and represents purity, togetherness and feminine sensuality.  It represents a warming effect and uplifts the spirits of those who are depressed.

Red Bottle Water – Root (Earth Element – Colour of Courage)

Base Chakra governs one’s roots and personal survival.    It is associated with circulation and blood pressure, motivation, energy, vitality, energy, power and creativity.  It reflects will power, life and courage.  It is an emotional and energizing colour and removes toxins.

Living Waters: Drinking ‘Sun Charged’ Water

by Renee Lindstrom, GCFP:  This site may contain Affiliate Links for your convenience, thank you in advance for your support!  Renee

Colour energized solar water

The coloured bottles line the windowsill as the plants die back in the fall.  My eye is looking for visual colour stimulation and I am seeking new sources of daily water enhancement.  Each bottle is filled daily with fresh water to catch the sun to charge in its solar energy. The benefits for me are the visual high when walking into the room and drinking  sun charged water.

Solar water has practical benefits of being anti-viral, anti-bacterial and anti-fungal.  Some use clear bottles however I enjoy the added benefit of colour therapy!  As well as drinking this water, and using it for medicinal washes I have begun to water my herbs and plants with this water during the shorter days.

Capture Sun Benefits in Late Fall and Winter

The glass bottles are filled with fresh water each day and put into a sunny place.  Clear bottles can be used or as in my case I have used coloured ones.  Ideally they are in full sun for up to 8 hours a day.  Sun charged water can be kept for 24 hours and does not need to be refrigerated.  If charging outside remember to bring your bottles in for the evening.

One can begin drinking water after being exposed to the sun for 2 hours,  however the longer the water is exposed, the higher the solar infusion is.  Super charge your water by placing a copper penny under each bottle!  Make sure you pennies are dated prior to 1081 as they have a higher copper content.

Daily Bottle Cleaning

Personally I clean these glass bottles daily with a small amount of vinegar and a rinse to ready the for refilling the next day.

Even though sun charged water is used to treat and disinfect water in large water treatment plants  in some countries as it  eliminates microbes and pathogens, l clean the bottles for personal energetic reasons.

Benefits of Sun Charged Water

Energizing water brings life back to water after it looses it’s aliveness that naturally occurs as it leaves its source.  Consider that water can only change as at its source it flows over rocks, minerals, and is exposed to sand, dirt, roots, branches, leaves and water life and then is redirected into filtration systems and travels through pipes before reaching it destination!    Energize your water by sun charging it, putting clean rocks and minerals in your water container or adding herbs, edible flowers and leaves.  Another way of energizing your water has been reflected in the work of Dr. Emoto and his experiments  who used different influences to reflect changes in the water through differing crystal shapes the water created when exposed to words, sounds and thoughts.

Water is our main source of energy at a cellular level.  It ranks as one of the primary elements for survival of the human body, along with oxygen, salt, and potassium.   These four elements along with magnesium are the key elements for energy regulation as fluid passes in and out of our cells.

“The body’s water supply is responsible for and involved in nearly every bodily process, including digestion, absorption, circulation, and excretion. Water is also the primary transporter of nutrients throughout the body and so is necessary for all building functions in the body,” writes Phyllis A. Balch, Prescription for Nutritional Healing.

Personally, I have found that sun charged water creates a contented feeling that has resulted in a loss of cravings for snacks and coffee.  As I feel more hydrated, I feel more energized and have had deeper sleep patterns. My metabolism has increased and I feel lighter and happier.

It’s a great way to get back to enjoying our natural resources and it’s free!

Wrap clear  glass bottles with coloured cellophane or pick up coloured bottles or vases inexpensively at garage sales or thrift shops!

Remember to use glass bottles only!  Plastic in sun would cause the plastic to leach into the water!
