Feed the body: Yellow

The Solar Plexus Chakra is associated with yellow coloured fruits, starchy veggies, grains, complex carbohydrates, proteins, milk, yogurt and cheese, seeds and nuts, digestive spices and probiotic drinks and supplements.  Complex carbs help to maintain blood sugar for balancing energy.  For long-lasting stable energy, balance carbohydrates with fiber. The Solar Plexus reflect fire making these foods slow burning fuel for one’s energy and vitality.

Remember the ways of integrating foods to feed the body using the colour spectrum can be combining coloured foods all on one plate, eating foods at set times without combining colours, or eating one colour spectrum for the day.  Breaking it down into levels it would be:

  1.  Mild introduction and integration plan of feeding the body with coloured foods.
  2.  Intermediate planning for feeding the body with coloured foods as a lifestyle.
  3.  Cleansing plan for the body chakras for clearing and integration.

Living foods are highly recommended in these suggestions.  Obtaining foods as close to the source as possible will increase the nutrition value absorbed by your body.
